Charlie Logan is ready to begin a new life.

After receiving an unexpected inheritance, she leaves the city and purchases an abandoned Victorian mansion in the remote mountain town of Santa Marta. The house is beautiful, mysterious, and exactly the kind of project she has always dreamed of.

Then she learns it was once a funeral home.

Behind the house lies a forgotten cemetery filled with nameless graves. Beneath it runs a network of tunnels that no town map acknowledges. When Charlie begins seeing spirits and experiencing memories that are not her own, she realizes the dead are trying to show her what happened in Santa Marta more than a century ago.

Their stories lead her into the town’s buried past, where a broken promise, a terrible betrayal, and an ancient evil remain connected to the house.
